TIER 1 - circa 290 € + VAT **

Only atendees on this tier will conduct technical presentations.

Early graduates

People who have completed their MSc course within the last 10 years or PhD programme within the last 7 civil years (counting at the date of the conference) and are currently conducting research or working in R/D. This is not limited to field of work.

Bring your supervisor along!

If you want to bring your supervisor along, by registering yourself you can bring them for the price of another Tier 1 registration, but without technical presentation allotment.

TIER 2 - circa 475 € + VAT **

Professors

People who currently have affiliation with any school or university as professor (tenure).

Senior researchers

People who currently conduct research in industry, university or institute, and have finished their MSc course more than 10 years ago or PhD programme more than 7 years ago (counting backwards from the date of the conference).

General members of the public

People who wish to attend the conference and don't correspond to any of the aforementioned categories.

* Late fees increase in 50 € for each tier.

** The values tagged with double asterisk are tentative values. The final registration values will be annouced soon but are guaranteed to be in this range. This conferences is in its first edition so the organising team is waiting to confirm the number of submitted abstracts. The kindly thank you.

VAT applies at 23% for portuguese entities. For non-portuguese entities, 0% VAT applies unless the payment is carried out by an individual.

IMPORTANT NOTE: A minimum number of registrations is needed to make the conference possible. As this is the first edition, we kindly remind you that, once abstract submission ends, the organising committee will be able to confirm the event will go ahead.
